Qualified For The Positions:
All three of these internships offered are very appealing to me, mainly due to the fact that they all focus around what I am looking to pursue; The locations are very appealing as well. I really want to get out of marquette and branch out; I want to see what else is out there while exploring the United States. All three positions that I listed require me to get on a personal level with visitors and making them feel welcome. I feel like I have the ability to be not only proactive, but be in an upbeat mood that will hopefully spill onto the visitors, making them feel welcomed. With my experience in interpretation at NMU and being an "all time camp counselor" I can be the best I can be in any of these three jobs offered as log as I put forth what I know. Each of the positions require a lot of work time, 35+ hours each week. I am used to working long hours and have been exposed to long work weeks with camp and other previous jobs iv'e held. I plan to keep on hunting and looking for an internship that I can be happy with. I really don's want to settle for something I won't be happy doing.
